Booth setup begins Thursday, July 4th, at 1 p.m.-8 p.m. and continues Friday, July 5th, from 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m.

BOOTH FEES
- 10′ by 10′ Single Booth – $235
- 10′ by 20′ Double Booth – $440
- 20′ by 20′ Quadruple Booth – $880 (Limited to highest jury picks only!)

- Overflow – $20/$40
- Electricity – $40
We want you to be happy with your space during this festive weekend. If you have a preference as to placement in the park, whether it is shade, direct sunlight, away from the music, near the stage, perimeter, center, near the food, near a handicapped bathroom, etc, let us know. We sincerely try and take every request into consideration but please understand that we are working with limited resources and no climate control. Please review the Depot Park Map for 2019 as the park will be under construction during this event.
TENTS AND DISPLAYS
NO spikes are allowed. Vendors will pay 100% percent of damages assessed by the City of Whitefish. Use heavy weights or water weights to secure your tent. Be prepared for sunshine, rain, and possible gusty winds.
SECURITY
Professional overnight security will be provided Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The Whitefish Arts Festival and/or Whitefish Christian Academy are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to artwork or booths at the show.
“No owner, keeper, attendant, or harborer of any dog, cattle, horses, mules, swine, sheep, goats, fowl or like animal shall allow or permit any such animal in or upon any public park within the city during any organized athletic event, or special event authorized or permitted by the city, providing and excepting herefrom owners of seeing eye dogs or dogs for the hearing impaired.”
PARKING:
Remember, we must save room for our customers!
Artists agree not to park within the restricted parking areas of the festival without written approval from festival organizers. Violators will not be invited back to the Whitefish Arts Festival.
RESORT TAX:
The resort tax is 3% and applies to many art and food sales. Visit the City of Whitefish Resort Tax for more details.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The Artisan Food category applies to exhibitors who offer specialty food offerings like bakery items, jams, and artisan specialties. No in-booth preparation allowed other than samples. Current MT Food License required with booth and product photos.
